Kerry Katherine Enright has been a Bay-Area based management consultant serving nonprofit organizations since 1997, when she launched her firm, Articulate Integrity. She has assisted organizations in a multitude of ways: helping to re-tool and manage infrastructure, enhancement of board effectiveness and communication; working with staff at all levels. Kerry is known to be particularly adept at both analyzing and then fixing complex internal issues.
Kerry has been an Interim Executive Director for many organizations ranging from small and local, to internationally-focused organizations. From broad organizational assessment processes, to re-structuring, to recruiting and hiring executive directors, Kerry not only has a stellar reputation, but has trained many of the consultants working in the field in the Bay Area. Kerry understands that her clients main focus is, and should be, to accomplish their primary mission more effectively and productively. Kerry is also a professional mediator/arbitrator, skills which can often enhance her work with staff, board and funders.
Kerry lives North of the Bay Bridge, but is willing to travel — and has worked as far away as Alaska! Kerry spent years working primarily with AIDS organizations — and is the founding executive director of the National AIDS Memorial. However, she has vast experience with every type of nonprofit. She hails from Chicago (it’s an attitude!), and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since the late 1980’s. Kerry is married to a Brit and has 3 daughters, the youngest of whom are twins and are in college. She’s an avid tennis player and fronts a rock and blues band.
