In the first half of my career, I dedicated my time and passion to developing and implementing growth and consolidation strategies for small businesses and multi-national corporations. Determined to blend that deep corporate finance mindset with the heart of a social worker, I learned from the ground-up and in every functional area what it takes to grow and lead successful nonprofits.
I offer my clients deep expertise in executive transitions, financial structure, public/private funding models, program development, organizational viability and board governance.
I prioritize transparency, authenticity and vulnerability as I partner with clients in their most significant transitions. I am a graduate of the University of Texas, The University of Chicago and the Center for Nonprofit Leadership at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
For the last 15 years I have worked in the bay area’s nonprofit social service community and for 22 years before that, in private equity and corporate finance.
