Sharon is an organizational change strategist working in partnership with non-profit organizations during transitions. After serving as an executive director for 5 organizations, most recently the Freight & Salvage in Berkeley, Sharon transitioned to interim CEO and COO roles and executive search. Her expertise spans several areas including the arts, youth development, and social work. She has extensive experience leading organizational change through an equity lens, and her lifelong commitment to equity, justice and belonging informs her approach.
